April 14th , 1935. The Dust Bowl. On April 14th, an immense black dust storm fell like a smothering blanket. The walls of dust reached 100 feet high. In a small town in Oklahoma, friends and family have gathered for the funeral of the notorious gentleman thief, Edward Hannigan, gone too early from this mortal coil.
