Hi! So, I've not really touched this website for years. It's fallen into disrepair and it would be irresponsible of me to pretend I'll ever have time to work on it again.

So, I'm going to mothball the site/set it to read-only. I've disabled the login links because they stopped working any I don't remember enough about how the site works to figure out how to fix them.

If any thing *really* needs updating (deadnaming-level stuff), let me know and I'll go in on the backend and make changes.

Description

'Tis No Deceit to Deceive the Deceiver is a four hour cruise aboard the Deceiver on her maiden voyage from London to New York. On board you will find intrigue, romance, spies, good, evil, revenge, weddings and of course, singing. People have been bursting out into song lately, singing their secrets to the world, somewhat similar to the Buffy musical episode.

'Tis No Deceit will be having its third run. If you've been looking at the Interesting Times entry on Intercon K (the Dr. Horrible inspired game) and thinking you want to play that game, 'Tis No Deceit is the first game. Interesting Times is the sequel. Here is your chance to play the first game, which is one of the main reasons we are trying to run it, to give people another chance to play before the sequel comes out.

Not all roles in this game are major singing roles, but all roles do have some singing. You do not have to be a good singer to play. The characters are not necessarily good singers either. These are people who find themselves singing without meaning to. We have had people with no interest in the singing portion of the game have an absolute blast once they actually played.

Repeat players are welcomed as well. We will just cast you in another area of the game.
