Hi! So, I've not really touched this website for years. It's fallen into disrepair and it would be irresponsible of me to pretend I'll ever have time to work on it again.

So, I'm going to mothball the site/set it to read-only. I've disabled the login links because they stopped working any I don't remember enough about how the site works to figure out how to fix them.

If any thing *really* needs updating (deadnaming-level stuff), let me know and I'll go in on the backend and make changes.

Summary

The master has been murdered. Under the protection of a magically enforced peace, his followers, friends, lovers, enemies, and rivals gather, to uncover the mysteries of the master’s death, to settle old scores, and to claim what is rightfully theirs.

Description

It has been forty days since the arch-magus and defacto ruler of Occult Boston, Martin St. Gerard, was found dead in his home. His death, and the mysterious circumstances surrounding it have sent dangerous ripples out into the occult world. Some practitioners have died, some have fled, and a few determined souls have remained, to vie for remains of the Master’s once great power. Now, now it is time for his scattered followers, friends, lovers, enemies and rivals to reunite under the protection of a magically enforced peace. To uncover the mysteries of the master’s death. To settle old scores. And to claim what is rightfully theirs.

This a game of modern occult mystery and intrigue. Magic is real, though often slow or subtle. Characters will have a few knacks that can be used in the limited time and space of the meeting. But in the end a forceful personality or a clever mind may be more important than all the subtleties of spells.
