Hi! So, I've not really touched this website for years. It's fallen into disrepair and it would be irresponsible of me to pretend I'll ever have time to work on it again.

So, I'm going to mothball the site/set it to read-only. I've disabled the login links because they stopped working any I don't remember enough about how the site works to figure out how to fix them.

If any thing *really* needs updating (deadnaming-level stuff), let me know and I'll go in on the backend and make changes.

Larp: Dark Line

Description

Technological and magical gang warfare meet subterranean trap in a long-abandoned station beneath New Washington

PLEASE NOTE: This game is a high-social-tension pressure cooker, and in addition to inter-gang tension this also includes strong themes of racism and sexism. Almost every character is in some way both harshly judgmental and harshly judged. If you have doubts about your ability to enjoy roleplaying this to the hilt, please reconsider whether this game is for you.

Much like the pre-Snowfall New York transit system, the New Washington Rail is comprehensive; it is entirely feasible to get nearly anywhere in the city for a reasonable price and within a reasonable time without using a car.

The Rail has existed since the earliest days of New Washington, thanks to significant funding from its founding corporations and the federal government. As a result, the lines are occasionally difficult to follow and are sometimes redundant. In addition, there are some lines that are no longer used, though the stations for them still exist.

These "Dark Lines" are not without their uses, however. You've heard that the inactive Dark Lines run through an area where the veil between New Washington and alternate dimensions is quite tenuous.

But that’s not why you and your street gang are down here today…
